Our services and fees

Full details of our services and fees are set out in your individual terms of business and agreed in writing before any work begins. We operate with no upfront fees and no lengthy contracts; management runs on a rolling basis with two months’ notice to end it.

Hoose & Key Limited is a registered Letting Agent in Scotland (LARN 2512003), holds Client Money Protection (CMP014744), and is a member of The Property Redress Scheme. Deposits are protected with Safe Deposits Scotland.
