How Hoose & Key came to be.
Balraj is a Glasgow landlord who runs a construction and refurb company, and has bought and sold more than twenty properties. As his portfolio grew, he wanted to focus on expansion rather than day-to-day management - but after two letting agents that never quite delivered, he was still chasing updates and picking up the slack himself.
Then he found Emma. She managed his entire portfolio, and did it the way he'd always wanted it done. When landlords in his own network turned out to be stuck with the same agent frustrations, it was clear the problem was bigger than one portfolio - so he and Emma set up Hoose & Key together, to give other landlords and sellers the standard of service they'd been missing.
Emma has spent over a decade in Scottish lettings and sales, across both corporate and independent agencies - she knows the industry inside out, and today she and the team look after every Hoose & Key property, including Balraj's own. We run and market each one the way we'd want our own handled.
